Constellated Group (18+)

Constellated is our 18+ mental health support group—our space where community members can talk through life’s challenges, share what’s on their mind, and be in a room where people show up for one another.
This group centers honest conversation, mutual support, and making space for both the hard days and the hopeful ones.
We meet every Thursday from 3:30–4:30 PM at 111 Modesto Avenue in Modesto.
Whether you’re looking to be heard, build your support system, or spend time with others who understand, you’re invited. Come through and be part of a space grounded in care, respect, and community.
