Summer Concert Series: Victoria Pennock

To celebrate our nation’s 250th anniversary and Colorado’s 150th anniversary, your Garfield County Libraries are hosting a concert series this summer that is open to all who wish to celebrate with us! The first performer is Aaron Larget-Caplan whose “Guitar America” concerts will be held Thursday, June 25 at 1 p.m. in Parachute and 6 p.m. in Carbondale, and on Friday, June 26 at 1 p.m. in Glenwood Springs and 6 p.m. in Silt. He will also perform on Saturday, June 27 at 4 p.m. in New Castle, and on Sunday, June 28 at 3 p.m. in Rifle. The next performer, Victoria Pennock, will hold concerts on Wednesday, July 1 at 6 p.m. in Parachute, and on Friday, July 3 at 4 p.m. in Rifle. She’ll return on Wednesday, July 8 at 5 p.m. in Glenwood Springs, and on Friday, July 10 at 6 p.m. in New Castle. Her final two concerts will be on Friday, July 17 at 4 p.m. at the Third Street Center in Carbondale, and on Saturday, July 18 at 6 p.m. in Silt. The third and final performer will be Hiroya Tsukamoto, who will have one special concert on Friday, July 24 at 2 p.m. in Rifle. All these concerts are free and open to the public.
