Community Health Screenings

Learn about your health with a free screening at the Rifle Branch Library provided by a trained health professional. Participants can receive quick checks for blood pressure, blood sugar levels, heart health, and other basic wellness indicators. The screenings will be available from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on April 11, April 25, May 2, May 23, June 13, and June 27. Community members of all ages are welcome to participate in these bilingual events. Advanced registration at the library is encouraged. These screenings are made possible by a collaboration of the Health Navigator for Colorado Heart Healthy Solutions, Garfield County Public Health, and your Garfield County Libraries.
