Set to the music of Charles Mingus and Aretha Franklin, the film celebrates the creative spirit of communities too often dismissed or ignored. Like stained glass for the city streets, these fleeting murals testify to humanity’s desire to be seen, remembered, and transformed. For Sacred Fire, Stations of the Elevated reminds us that the sacred is never far away.
