The presentation will discuss using the YNAB method (from the You Need A Budget program) to create a spending plan. This will be a relaxed workshop. Discussions about money should not strike us with fear! Sometimes we can be stressed or embarrassed and don't want to think about our financial situation. However, avoiding the topic won't help us, and not looking at our money is the actual cause of our stress! This presentation/workshop will be a good first step in helping us see what's really going on with our money so we can take control of it, instead of letting our money control us!
