Texas A&M Meat Judging Camp

Details:

The Texas A&M Meat Judging Team will host a meat judging camp, July 16-18, in College Station. The cost of the camp is $350 per person, which includes lodging in one of the Texas A&M University residence halls. Registration is available online. Any 4-H or FFA members, ages 12-18 are welcome to attend. The two-and-a-half day program is dedicated to teaching sponsors and students the fundamentals of evaluation, selection and grading of beef, pork and lamb carcasses and cuts. Instructors will include Texas A&M faculty and staff and members of the 2026 Fighting Texas Aggie Meat Judging Tea. Several members of the 2022 and 2025 National Champion teams will also be helping.
