Details:
The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service office in Washington County will host a sourdough class in Brenham. The cost of the class is $35 and online registration is available. The deadline to register is July 21. Class size is limited. Participants will learn the full sourdough process, from starter to bake, in an engaging, instructional setting. Each attendee will leave with their own sourdough starter and dough ready for the oven, making it easy to continue baking at home. Attendees are asked to bring their own 4-quart bowl.
