The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service will host an informational meeting on the New World Screwworm on July 23 in Stephenville. There is no cost for the meeting. Registration is available online, by calling the AgriLife Extension office for Erath County 254-965-1460 or by emailing Betty McIntosh at betty.mcintosh@ag.tamu.edu. Deadline to register is July 20. Program topics include: New World screwworm situational updates. Response and preparations. Movement and marketing. Two Texas Department of Agriculture continuing education units will be available.
