Lone Star Corvette Club

Founded in 1982, the club now has approximately 1,100 members, each with his/her own story of how they found that perfect “Vette.” Based in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, LSCC offers just about any activity a car enthusiast could want: Road Trips, Day Trips, Open Road Racing, Drag Racing, Autocross, NCRS, Car Shows, Displays and Parades, Club Meetings, and most of all, fun times with life-long friends. LSCC also provides drivers for the Dallas Mecum Auction in the Fall, and is the host car club for the GoodGuys Event twice yearly. Each year, the Club hosts a 3-day Corvettes-only event, the Lone Star Corvette Classic, at a venue in the North Texas area. In addition to the enjoyment of beautiful automobiles and camaraderie, the event affords LSCC the opportunity to raise funds for its charities and give back to the community. The Club has two permanent beneficiaries, The National Corvette Museum and Speedway Children’s Charities, and a “Rotating Charity” that is chosen each year by the Club's members. LSCC is a club as big as its Texas roots, with members who love their cars, care for their community, and enjoy being part of the Corvette family!
