Details:
Becoming proficient in takedowns is not a matter of chance. It requires a deep understanding of the neutral position and the ability to consistently create scoring opportunities. Our training program encompasses a wide range of technical aspects, from fundamental footwork and movements to intricate strategies and tactics for outperforming the top wrestlers in the country.
Over the past decade, leg attack defense has transformed from basic positions into a complex, multi-layered technical system. Your defensive skills can be as diverse as your creativity when it comes to scrambling. The CMP Scramble system does not aim to replace your existing defense tactics; instead, it serves as an expansion of your current defensive capabilities. This camp goes beyond covering common high-level scramble positions; it bridges the gap between your current defensive skillset and the acquisition of new scramble skills.
