The bubbles are back!
We’re excited to welcome back one of our most popular beers: Pollen Bubbles! This thiolized IPA features Idaho 7, Mosaic, and Vista hops. It’s a powerful hop blend, but the secret is in the interplay between the hops, yeast esters, and thiols released by our specialized yeast that unleashes a massive kick of tropical fruits and citrus. Look for layers of passionfruit, guava, grapefruit, and lemon.
We’re tapping Pollen Bubbles Friday 7/17! Swing by the taproom to get a pint of this beer at its freshest and most aggressive, or grab a 4-pk to take home with you. Plaza Garcia Express food truck will be here serving burritos to pair with your IPA. We’ll see you here!
