Details:
Vinyasa describes a style of yoga that links movement to breath. The breath acts as an anchor to the movement as you to flow from one pose to the next, moving with inhalations and exhalations. This class will also incorporate meditation to help quiet the mind and body, in order to feel balanced. The pace of this class will allow you to work deeply and also sink into a beautiful pace of calm. Grab a towel, water, and mat as we practice in nature. No registration required.
In case of inclement weather, we will hold this class in the Community Room.
