This group is designed to help with any postpartum concerns and aims to provide support with life transitions and adjustments, managing mental health concerns, and postpartum wellness and mood. During each session, we will: Check in with each other Navigate through a different topic Learn about new coping strategies related to that topic Your co-facilitators are Kylie Godfrey, LCSW, PMH-C, and Lexi Noble-Meraz, APSW.
