Community Sewing Day at RAM's Wustum Museum

On Thursday, July 23, 2026, at RAM’s Wustum Museum, join artist Amanda Browder for a Community Sewing Day! Attendees are welcome to join in the making of “Zig and Zag“, an upcoming large-scale fabric installation that will premiere as a featured project in RAM’s inaugural In/Between Festival, September 18 – 27, 2026.
Individuals of all ages and abilities are invited to take part in the creation of this collective project that will adorn, and weave, the exterior of RAM—no sewing experience necessary! Join to sew, trim, pin, or chat! Each Public Sewing Day is a perfect opportunity to come and connect with creatives throughout the community—whether you pop in or stay all day!
All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
