Weekday Guided Tours of Deere-Wiman House & Butterworth Center

Join us for weekday guided tours of the historic Deere-Wiman House and Butterworth Center, showcasing the rich history of the Quad Cities. Begin your exploration at the 1872 home of Charles and Mary Deere, followed by a visit to the 1892 Butterworth Center, once the residence of Katherine Deere and William Butterworth. Led by our knowledgeable staff, this tour will take you upstairs, downstairs, and everywhere in between, offering insights into this fascinating chapter of local history. Tours start at 2:30 PM at the Deere-Wiman House, located at 817 11th Avenue, Moline, before moving to the Butterworth Center at 1107 8th Street, Moline. Reservations are required via Eventbrite, and while there is no cost to attend, donations are appreciated. Parking is available along 11th Avenue.
