Nature Walk and Wading at Amherst/Plymouth WMA

Walk a country mile with us to go playing in the creek for this week's Fitness Friday! Meet us at the entrance to the Amherst-Plymouth WMA on Rt 62 outside of Bancroft, We'll walk approximately a mile down a gravel path to reach the low water bridge where we can spend some time wading, playing in the water, floating leaf boats, and searching for crawdads before heading back home for a rest on a beautiful day!
Hint: The WMA can be a little tricky to locate because it's so big, it lies within several zip codes! In your GPS, put the address 6360 Charleston Road, Red House, WV, and you should arrive right at the entrance of Plymouth Hollow on Rt 62 just outside of Bancroft.
