Join Bri Aberle for a luxurious summer-inspired experience that combines gentle lymphatic brushing, restorative yin yoga, and handcrafted aromatherapy into one deeply calming ritual designed to leave you feeling lighter, refreshed, and completely renewed.
We'll begin by exploring a simple lymphatic brushing practice to awaken the body, encourage healthy circulation, and promote a sense of ease from the inside out. You'll then melt into a slow, prop-supported yin practice where each posture is held with intention, inviting muscles to soften, the nervous system to settle, and the mind to become still.
Throughout the workshop, Bri's signature hand-blended essential oils will be layered into the experience, surrounding you with the fresh scents of summer while creating moments of comfort, restoration, and mindful presence. The experience will conclude with a short soothing Yoga Nidra meditation, allowing you to fully absorb the benefits of your practice and leave feeling deeply rested.
