Sunday Sangha Meeting - 2nd Session

Our Sangha is growing! We are now offering a second Sunday Sangha Meeting from 3:30 - 5:00pm
Visitors are very common and very welcome! We don't assume anyone's "done this" before, and we have a printed program that will outline what we do.
Dress comfortably if you'd like to join us on provided cushions for meditation--or just relax on a folding chair.
Our meeting is in three parts: First we reconnect as a Sangha (community), then we meditate for about 20 minutes, and this is often guided so no background is necessary. Lastly, after a short break for stretching, we close with a conversation about some aspect of mindful living.
