Childbirth Preparation - Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center

Women’s Health/Parent Education at Cooperman Barnabas offers this class in a virtual and in-person for parents to help prepare them for pregnancy, labor and delivery and provide instruction in baby care. This class addresses breathing patterns, relaxation, cesarean sections, epidural, review of the Maternity Center and newborn care.
