Learn to read food labels, choose healthy options, and make healthier meals to support healthy living and aging. In this workshop, participants will learn two simple ways to make meals healthier, select one better food option from each food group, learn how to make sense of food labels, and identify three nutrient deficiencies common in aging. From the HealthEASE Health Education Curriculum, presented by the Penn Medicine Princeton Health Community Wellness Program. Registration required.
