The book features lots of Princeton families. The story winds its way from a Texas railroad camp to Arizona to Massachusetts to Princeton WV to Morgantown where Coach Patton launched WVU's Golden Age of Basketball before his tragic death in 1950. As a coach, Lee Patton set records at PHS and WVU that remain unbroken, yet he was far more than a great coach. Lee Patton was a catalyst, an example, a beloved neighbor who inspired Princetonians to aim high and shoot straight.
