New Moon Embodied Movement & Cacao

Cancer is water, feeling, memory, mother, womb, protection, tenderness, and inner safety.

This new moon asks us to listen beneath the noise and reconnect with what truly nourishes us……

Held by the gentle medicine of ceremonial cacao, we’ll nourish the heart, soften the armor around our emotions…..and allow the body’s innate wisdom to lead the way through movement and intention.
Invitation: Write down anything you are working towards or through and bring it with you.
We will open the circle with a time of mindful reflection, discussion and card pulls while we sip our medicine.
The movement will follow organically and intuitively….
The energies will be root & sacral based no doubt…so give yourself permission to FEEL
Everyone in attendance will receive a goodie bag (pre registration is required for headcount)
