Leo Season Cacao Circle & Sound Healing

Leo is the season when Spirit calls us back to the altar of the heart.
It reminds us that our light is not something to chase or manufacture—it is the authentic flame that has always lived within us.
The journey of Leo is not one of ego, but of sacred remembrance: remembering the soul beneath the conditioning, the power beneath the wounds….and the authentic self beneath the masks we have learned to wear.
Ceremonial cacao serves as a gentle bridge into this work. Revered as a sacred heart medicine, cacao softens the walls around the emotional body….inviting us into deeper communion with ourselves and with Spirit.
It reminds us that the heart is not simply an organ, it is a spiritual compass.

Within that open-hearted space, I will invite you to surrender to the medicine of sound.
Every vibration becomes a prayer, moving through the places where grief, fear, doubt, and self-abandonment have settled.
As the body releases what it no longer needs to carry, the soul is given room to remember its original frequency. Sound doesn’t simply soothe: it restores coherence, bringing body, heart, and spirit back into harmony. The ancients knew this. We are REMEMBERING this….
Doors open at 7:00. Feel free to arrive early…event begins at 8:00.
We will open the circle with mindful reflection, card pulls …journaling (if that’s your thing) while we sip our medicine…
Around 8:30…we will snuggle down to into the sound journey.
