Home Is The Foundation is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization formed to meet the critical shortage of affordable housing options in rural Preble County, Ohio. The H.I.T. Foundation owns many rental properties in Preble County that provide affordable housing to low-income families. As Preble County’s Housing Advocates, we strive to give our community a voice concerning housing issues, and we believe that combining services and referrals, with education and support, fosters stability, empowering our clients and building community one family at a time.
