The Delaware County District Library (DCDL) is a public library system serving Central Ohio with five branches. Its mission is to "open doors to imagination, knowledge, connection, and discovery," aiming to be a cornerstone for lifelong learning and community engagement. DCDL provides a wide array of resources and services, including access to books, e-books, audiobooks, movies, games, computers, printing, and Wi-Fi. They also offer specialized services like a Makers Studio with creative tools, community meeting rooms, and outreach programs for those unable to visit in person. The library actively promotes literacy and community connection through various programs, storytimes, workshops, and events for all age groups. The Friends of the Delaware County District Library is a supporting non-profit organization that advocates for the library, fundraises, and encourages gifts to enhance its services and collections.
