Details:
Build strength, flexibility and coordination through basic movement and fitness exercises drawn from Pilates, dance and yoga. The class includes time dedicated to warm-up, physical exercise targeting different parts of our bodies, and gentle stretching.Participants with no experience are welcome – whether you seek to challenge yourself or simply enjoy a new physical exercise experience.
Dress in comfortable clothes and sneakers or flexible shoes. Please arrive a few minutes before our start time.
