Details:
Join us for the Twice Turned Bowls intermediate-level class, where participants will transform fresh-cut wood into unique wooden bowls. The course starts with log selection and using a bandsaw to create a blank bowl, followed by learning how to mount it on a lathe and shape it while still wet. Emphasizing technique, safety, and creativity, this class requires prior turning experience as it builds on foundational skills like tool control and lathe setup. After your bowl has dried, you can book a second free session to learn how to reshape and finish it. Please remember to bring safety goggles and hearing protection. Registration closes two days before the event, and attendees are eligible for refunds up to seven days in advance. Active members can enjoy a 25% discount with the code: MEMBER.
