Join us for an engaging class where you will learn to operate a wood lathe and create both functional and artistic wooden pieces. Under the guidance of instructor Brian Bridwell, students will acquire hands-on experience using a variety of turning tools, including steel and carbide, with a focus on spindle turning techniques. The course will cover essential safety practices, including performing a full safety check on the lathe, as well as the proper use of centers, drivers, mandrels, and chucks.
