Join us for the Intro to Woodturning class, where you'll learn to safely and effectively operate a wood lathe while creating functional and artistic pieces. Under the guidance of instructor Brian Bridwell, participants will engage in hands-on practice with various turning tools, including steel and carbide, focusing on spindle turning techniques. The course covers essential skills like using centers, drivers, mandrels, and chucks, ensuring all students complete a full safety check on the lathe.
