ACCESS Assistance - by Appointment

Goodwill Community Resource Centers offer essential assistance for Floridians through two key programs. The ACCESS Assistance program, available by appointment at the Tice Community Resource Center every Monday and Tuesday, helps individuals access SNAP (food assistance), TANF (cash assistance), and Medicaid (healthcare coverage). Those in need of computer access or guidance with the state application can get free support; appointments can be made by calling (239) 995-2106 Ext. 3015.

Additionally, job seekers can find support at the Port Charlotte Goodwill Community Resource Center on Tuesdays from 1pm to 3pm, where trained coordinators provide help with job searches and application processes. This center is located inside the Kings Highway Goodwill at 24123 Peachland Blvd, and inquiries can be directed to (941) 255-3884. All services are provided free of charge, funded by the sales of donated goods.
