Start your morning with the healing energy of the rising sun during this FREE community sunrise beach yoga experience on beautiful Fort Lauderdale Beach.
Join Lisa Pumper, founder of Fort Lauderdale Beach Yoga & Wellness and the Yoga Community of Florida, for a peaceful 30-minute Morning Ritual designed to help you awaken your body, calm your mind, and begin your day with intention.
What is Solar Alchemy?
Solar Alchemy is the practice of welcoming the sunrise through mindful movement, conscious breathing, and quiet stillness. Rather than simply watching the sunrise, we become fully present with it—allowing the ocean, the morning light, and nature to inspire clarity, gratitude, vitality, and inner balance.
This gentle Hatha Yoga experience includes traditional Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar), mindful breathwork, and concludes with a peaceful Silent Sunrise Meditation as we welcome the first light of a new day together.
Whether you're new to yoga or have years of experience, everyone is welcome.

Finding Your Morning Circle
This is a simple, self-guided arrival.
We'll gather on Fort Lauderdale Beach near the Vista Mar Beach area. As you walk onto the beach, you'll immediately see our colorful prayer flags marking our Morning Circle.
Please arrive a few minutes early so you can settle in before we begin. To preserve the peaceful atmosphere, we kindly ask everyone to arrive on time and quietly join the practice.
