Details:
This guided meditation begins with pranayama (breathwork) to calm and center the mind, followed by the chanting of several traditional mantras. You’ll learn proper pronunciation, rhythm, and meaning in a welcoming, supportive space—no experience needed. Simply bring your voice and an open heart. You’re welcome to use your own meditation cushion or any of the studio’s props; chairs are also available.
This class is donation-based, and your contribution of any amount is appreciated.
