Juneteenth marks the end of slavery in the United States. Officially recognized as a federal holiday in 2021, it is a time to honor African American history, resilience, and joy through storytelling, culture, and community. The Ocean County College Committee for Access & Belonging (CAB)’s Cultural Heritage Subcommittee invites students, staff, faculty, and the larger community to a day of celebration on Thursday, June 18, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., featuring music, local vendors, food, fun, and resources.
