Details:
Sole to Soul Movement with Grace Junek is an expressive, music-led movement experience rooted in somatic principles and emotional awareness. This progressive workshop series invites participants to explore movement as a way to feel, process, and express emotion—without judgment or performance pressure.
Each session includes guided, follow-along choreography with simple, rhythm-based movement designed to awaken the body and spirit. While the practice is not improvised or freeform dance, there is space to move in a way that feels natural and emotionally authentic to you.
Sessions build upon one another, allowing familiarity, confidence, and trust in the body to grow over time. The practice is therapeutic in nature, supporting nervous system regulation, embodied awareness, and authentic self-expression.
No dance experience is needed—just bring your body, breath, and a willingness to feel the beat.
