The Hightstown Memorial Branch stands out within the Library System due to its rich history, picturesque location, and diverse resources. Established in 1921 and housed in a 1954 building dedicated to local veterans, this branch became part of Mercer County Library in 1969 and underwent expansions in 1975 and 1997. It uniquely features a serene reading room with views of Peddie Lake and a cozy fireplace. With ten public computers, a vast collection of books, DVDs—especially children's educational videos—CDs, and an extensive Spanish collection, we pride ourselves on exceptional children's programs and community engagement. Visit us for a delightful experience!
