BACH (Bay Area Community Health) will be tabling at the Fremont Main Library lobby to bring health care information to the public: " Bay Area Community Health is a community health clinic committed to serving our community's wellness needs. We offer free blood pressure screenings and provide information about scheduling primary care and specialty care appointments. Our team can also assist with Medi-Cal and Covered California enrollment, as well as CalFresh applications. We are proud to offer accessible, inclusive services to all individuals, regardless of insurance or income status. Stop by to learn more about our services and how we can support your health journey!" Library staff may take photos, videos, or audio recordings at our events. Please tell us if you do not wish to be photographed, video-recorded, or audio-recorded. We will always respect your requests! An ASL (American Sign Language) interpreter or closed captioning can be provided for this program if requested at least seven (7) days in advance. For assistance, please contact your library or accessibility@aclibrary.org .
