Your CEU course will begin with a master yoga, practice, and Q&A. Then we will dive deep into the Garnet Heart Yoga alignment system, and hands-on assist and adjustments that follow that alignment system. You will leave feeling more comfortable to give adjustments while teaching your classes. We will end our immersion with a psychic development meditation from the Yogi Gupta lineage.
Certificates can be generated for your CEU hours for Yoga Alliance.
