Healing Childhood Wounds: Letting Go of the Past and Rebuilding Healthy Adult Life Patterns

“You are never too old to have a happy childhood” (Virginia Satir).
Wounded memories of the past can block adults from living life to the full. We will explore how to name the source of childhood pain, create a health care plan to achieve deeper healing and celebrate the gifts of healing, wholeness, and well-being. This weekend will include a review of childhood experiences of intimacy and trust, the five love languages, the quest for the original wound and recovering the innocence of sexuality and sensuality.
