Women's Walk-and-Talk Group

Join us for our Women's Walk-and-Talk group! We meet in different areas each week. You must pre-register and pre-pay by calling/texting (317) 718-8436 or emailing group@hendrickstherapy.com. You will also receive directions to the meeting location and other details at that time. Each walk covers a new topic on the science of how mental health and physical health are related. Led by Hendricks Therapy licensed therapist Deb Berkey, LCSW. Cost $30/session. Come to all or any of the sessions that fit your schedule. See you there!
