**Guided Relaxation & Rest: Yoga Nidra**
Join us for Yoga Nidra, a guided practice of deep rest and relaxation that enhances physical, mental, and emotional well-being. This meditation technique is effective in reducing stress, improving sleep, and restoring balance to the nervous system. Each session, lasting approximately 30-40 minutes, involves breath awareness, body scanning, intention setting, and visualization, without the need for specific poses, allowing for practice in various comfortable positions.
Please come dressed comfortably and bring a mat, cushions, a light blanket, and an eye pillow to create your cozy resting space. As a quiet environment is essential, attendees should arrive on time; latecomers (more than 10 minutes late) will need to reschedule for a future session.
Led by experienced facilitator April McGinnis, this session requires pre-registration.
