Details:
During the Victorian era, handmade paper flowers were a popular decorative craft used to brighten homes, adorn clothing, and create beautiful arrangements that lasted year-round. Using delicate layers of cut and shaped paper, crafters created remarkably realistic flowers inspired by nature and the gardens of the time.
Join us for this creative hands-on class and learn how to make your own Victorian-inspired paper flowers! Participants will cut, shape, curl, and glue paper petals to create a variety of colorful blooms to take home. Along the way, we’ll explore the history of this popular 19th-century craft and experiment with different flower styles and techniques.
All materials will be provided, and no experience is necessary.
