Join us on Zoom as we travel to the Museum of the Earth in Ithaca NY for a real-time tour of the Fossil Prep Lab led by lab manager Dr. Maureen Bickley. Dr. Bickley has been preparing fossils for over 25 years and loves to share what is currently going on in the lab. Discover how one becomes a fossil preparator, see the many tools used in the lab, and get to view some of the work in process. Learn how paleontology unearths the story of evolution and where the preparation field fits into the profession.
