Join us in celebrating the Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year and a powerful turning point in nature’s cycle. The solstice invites us to pause, honor the light within and around us, and embrace the abundance, growth, and energy of the season. This special outdoor experience will begin with a gentle, all-levels yoga flow designed to awaken the body, open the heart, and connect you to the natural world. We will then move into guided breathwork to cultivate presence, gratitude, and clarity, followed by a deeply restorative sound bath featuring healing instruments and soothing vibrations to help you relax and integrate the experience. We’ll take time to reflect on what has blossomed in our lives, celebrate how far we’ve come, and set intentions for the season ahead. Surrounded by nature and community, this practice offers an opportunity to reconnect with yourself, harness the energy of the solstice, and welcome summer with an open heart. What to Bring: • Yoga mat • Blanket and/or pillow for comfort during the sound bath • Water bottle • Sunscreen, hat, or layers as needed for the weather All levels are welcome. No previous yoga, breathwork, or sound healing experience is necessary. Come gather in the light of the season and leave feeling grounded, energized, and renewed.
