Take “A Walk in the Arts” at Tiffin-Seneca Public Library on Wednesday, September 17 from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. in the Frost Kalnow Room. Learn about a different famous artist each month and create a piece of art inspired by what you discover. Projects designed for children in second and third grade. Registration is not required.
