Following up from our meeting on Tuesday and Today with CH. We are a bit overwhelmed but our numbers are HIGH! We are going to host TWO flights this year. Many of you have shared your preferred area of help. We are, however going to ask again on your availability. We need to be sure we have enough to cover two flights of golf for our setup, check in 2x, lunch, game holes, and clean up. Please do me a favor and share with us your preference of time to work. It will be a long day--and we are grateful for those who have already signed up to help, if you are only willing to do one flight vs the other we understand. Our goal is to have 20 people for each flight.Â
We are meeting on June 24 at 6pm for our golf prep-stuffing of bags and sorting items for the tournament. This is when we will give you your itinerary for the day.Â
Tournament Day Agenda
5am meet at course (need 6-8 people)
6am check inÂ
7am shot gun start AM flight--holes and games covered (12-18 people)
7-10 prepping for second flight arrival, taking photos, prepping the lunch in bistro (2-4 people)
11-1 lunch in the bistro and first awards for AM flight (Billie, Rhiannon, Dalania)
12-1 Check in PM flight (6-8 people)
130-6??? Golf (12-18 people)
630 awards for PM flight (Billie, Rhiannon, Dalania)
7-8 Clean up and Check Out! (6-8 people)
