Experience the Sonic Sanctuary Sound Bath at the Chapel of Flowers in Berkeley, hosted by Blue Muse sound healing and Luiza Leite. This tranquil event, set in a former marmot castle, is conveniently located across from Ashby BART with free parking available. Immerse yourself in a soothing sound bath that promotes deep relaxation and inner peace as the gentle vibrations from crystal singing bowls, gongs, handpan, and other instruments wash away stress and tension. This powerful experience nurtures your mind, body, and soul. Doors open at 6:30 PM, and the sound bath begins promptly at 7 PM; late arrivals will not be admitted. Please bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, and anything you need to feel comfortable as you prepare to unwind. We look forward to serenading you!
