The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service will host a seminar on the New World Screwworm on July 29 in Fort Stockton. There is no cost for the meeting. Registration is available online, or by contacting James Ross at 806-231-3929 or jross@txfb.org. Deadline to register is July 24. Topics include: Animal treatment and herd health management. Livestock disease recognition, animal movement and regulatory updates. Wildlife, livestock interactions and disease management. Producer panel and open discussion. Two Texas Department of Agriculture integrated pest management continuing education units will be available.
