The World Needs You Here Walk

The World Needs You Here Walk will take place on Sunday August 2, 2026, commencing at 10:00 a.m. at the Common. Anticipate rolling roadblocks as the participants move through the course.
Route: Exit Common at corner by basketball court, straight across Washington Square East, Right onto Essex Street, left onto Little Hawthorne Blvd, left onto Derby Street. Continue straight onto Fort Ave, left on Memorial Drive (Willows soccer field), left on Memorial Drive (Dead Horse Beach) then continue down Szetela Lane onto paved rail trail in front of Bentley Academy School. Follow rail trail to Andrew Street Ext, cross Webb Street onto Andrew Street, finish inside the Salem Common.
