This class is suited for all levels of yoga to build familiarity with yoga's postures and basic principles. Emphasis on alignment, breath, and body awareness and mechanics. Basic, accessible poses are practiced in a fun and creative way, enhancing mindful awareness of body and breath. This class promotes strength, balance, flexibility, and stress reduction. This Yoga class is suited for those who require a slower pace. This is a on-going, weekly class that meets Wednesdays at 10:30. Sign-up is by the month. There are four sessions in September.
