Young Monarchs x Houston Zoo x SPLASh Mason Park Cleanup

Join SPLASh, Houston Young Monarch's, and Houston Zoo and help us clean up at Mason Park!

We are inviting guests and community members to take part in hands-on effort to restore the outdoor places our community loves. These opportunities are designed to be simple, meaningful, and open to everyone; no experience is required. 

We’re excited to have you join us on August 1st, 2026 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm at Mason Park for a community cleanup focused on protecting our waterways, shorelines, and wildlife habitats.

We are asking people to park off Tipps St. and meet us at the pavillion closest to the bayou. 

What to Bring / Expect:

• Closed-toe shoes recommended
• Dress for the weather and outdoor conditions
• Bring water, sunscreen, and bug spray if needed

We will have gloves, trash bags, limited grabbers, and water on-site.
